Mental Health

Durham District School Board (DDSB) considers well-being and positive mental health fundamental to student achievement. Students and/or their caregivers are encouraged to reach out to someone at school if they are feeling overwhelmed or discouraged. Support and Crisis Lines are also available.

Crisis Help and Support Lines

Wellness at Home - Distance Learning

As we enter this new phase of learning while we try to help flatten the COVID-19 curve. The SERTs have created a website full of resources to help with student well being. Access the Wellness at Home website to find various links, resources, videos and activities to help your child from home.
